This cocktail was inspired by the layered history and summertime spirit of Roswell, Georgia. We set out to create something that felt both refreshingly familiar and thoughtfully elevated—a drink that honors local ingredients while showcasing Southern craftsmanship. Using Old Fourth Distillery gin, a nod to Atlanta’s own distilling scene, paired with home made peach schnapps and clarified orange juice, we wanted to bottle the essence of a Georgia summer: bright, ripe, and just a little unexpected. From the handcrafted rim to the citrus-forward profile, every element was chosen to celebrate where we’re from—and how good a summer cocktail can really be.
